Since the times of the visionary site developers, Pierre and Denise Grimm, change occurred, but many of their vibrant ideas can still be felt. Numerous houses still emanate quite a bit of Mediterranean atmosphere, and their surroundings are spacious. There is a good mix of Floridan landscape, natural and artificial lakes and modern sports facilities.

The members of our homeowner association are all owners of Vacation Paradise parcels (Lots 1-47) and Swiss Fairways parcels (Lots 85-108). Owners around Lake Denise have their own organization. Our association is also in charge of the three roads, Skiing Paradise Boulevard, Swiss Fairways Avenue and Bellerive Drive.   

As owners we are aware of the importance of conserving all good aspects of living together and of keeping the site friendly and viable. Our motivation may be nourished from different sources and feelings. So, please join us to do whatever is needed to maintain the value of this splendid environment and of what we own!
